Where does Bellair Shuttle pick up at Seatac? ›

Currently, the Bellair Shuttle desk at Sea-Tac Airport is not staffed due to COVID precautions. Please proceed to the shuttle pick up location at Door 2 in baggage claim. If a seat is available on your desired shuttle, you may purchase a ticket from the shuttle driver.

REFUND POLICY –

If you cancel prior to your scheduled departure, you can turn the ticket into an “open ticket” and use it at a later date at no additional charge. An “account credit” is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase.

SeaTac Airport Shuttle Pickup Location

The pickup location for Whidbey SeaTac Shuttle is located on the baggage claim level, across from baggage carousel 1, and through Door 2, under the Airporter sign. Our shuttle will be parked in one of the 3 designated spaces.

The Shuttle Express takes about 45 minutes and costs $18.00 per person. Regarding the light rail, it depends on your comfort level. Check out their website (google Sound Transit Seattle) for more information.

Refundable fares are ideal for customers who need flexibility when they travel. Our refundable fares come with unlimited changes and the ability to cancel up until the time of departure for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Refund Policy:

If Chartered shuttle is unable to perform due to breakdown and if no alternate service is provided within 1 hour we will refund the money for daily pass. No refund for service failure due to natural calamities, government rallies, or severe traffic blockage. No refund for no-show passengers.

Some airlines charge a fee to issue a refund, while others have strict cancellation policy terms. By law, airlines must issue full refunds if you cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking.

Curbside: If the traffic flow is not so great and/or you do not want or need help with your baggage, you can be picked up via Black Car Sedan, Premium Sedan, or SUV only a short distance away from the baggage claim carousel's outside one of the doors (#6-#20) on the Arrival's Drive lane on the same level.

Bus service

Sound Transit and King County Metro have bus routes that stop at SeaTac Airport. Sound Transit express buses have stops at the sound end of the main terminal on the lower drive. To find this bus stop, exit the baggage claim near carousel one and walk a short distance south to the bus stop.

Where is Ground Transportation located at SeaTac? After you've collected any checked bags, please proceed across Skybridge 4 to the Parking Garage 3rd Floor Ground Transportation Plaza – follow signs to Ground Transportation > Door to Door Vans.

Bus will board at south end of baggage claim level, outside of Door 2 of Main Terminal. ARRIVALS BY CAR: proceed to south end of Arrivals level, after Pick-up Zone 4. Do not block bus loading zones.
